Meet Our New Vice President of HR: Adrian Garton

We’re excited to announce that Adrian Garton has officially joined the Kwalee family as our new VP of HR!  A veteran with over 25 years of talent experience, Adrian brings his vast knowledge of organisational management to build upon Kwalee’s robust, open culture.

Our CEO and founder David Darling was keen on talking about Adrian’s involvement, saying, ‘We are delighted to welcome Adrian to Kwalee as our new VP of HR. His extensive experience in People Services, coupled with his tech background, brings a unique blend of skills that will benefit our team and contribute to our continued growth. Adrian’s passion for gaming and understanding of technology will help us continue to build an exceptional work environment where our teams can thrive.’

Adrian’s involvement at Kwalee is sure to take off as influential, as he recognises the importance of attracting top talent to fuel our success. Much of his expertise is thanks to his experience with IT operations and infrastructure, offering a unique perspective on HR development in the tech industry.

Through managing regional and global teams across Europe, America, and South Asia, his experience in ED&I and talent acquisition will expand our efforts to:

• help our current staff members in all departments to grow their careers at Kwalee, and
• attract the best game industry talent within universities through internships and apprenticeships.
